A Burd in Hong Kong

Last week I ventured off the mainland to Hong Kong to spend a few days with friends and family. I was thrilled to step off the plane, switch on airport wi-fi and FINALLY access Facebook and this blog on my mobile for the first time in two and a half months. However easy access to social portals and connection to my world in the West was not the highlight of this trip. That would have certainly been my night out on the town with the boys from school - from cocktails up at the highest bar in the world and dumplings with unbelievable views of the Harbour to joining a slew of expats in downtown LKF. Equally enjoyed was being spoiled wining and dining across the city with my parents and shopping sans the inflated price tags like those attached to heavily taxed products on the Mainland.

Welcome to Trendyland  (HK) !

Enough food for two?!
